Aki
Just another Palace fan of several decades standing who thought you were great. When you and Michael Hughes were in the midfield I knew we would win. Unfortunately I was not always right of course!
You are the only Palace player who I saw clambering over the seats in block U of the Arthur stand, making your way to the pitch, when everyone else was making for the exit after the match - you were not playing of course but sadly were injured; but still fit enough to clamber over the stands!
I am sure you are already but do continue to enjoy your life!
My reply: Thanks Jefroc,
my hobby is maximising living and enjoyment, so i could not think of a better times than those I was playing for Palace.

Hi Aki
We've met a few times at Palace, and like every other Palace fan, I follow your progress.
Just a couple of things really. When I put a consortium together to buy Palace in a few years, will you have done your badges and had some management experience, or will I have to find more of a media-type role for you?
Many thanks (for everything)
Jack
My reply: Hi Jack,
sounds like a great idea and i can do both for Palace, or just to visit there regurlarly as a fan. Best wishes to SE25.

Kylläpä sun energialupaus on nyt päässyt ihan eriskummallisesti valloilleen mediassa, no ehkä juuri näin sitä keskustelua sitten syntyy. Hyvää vuoden loppua ja lämpöä.
My reply: Niinpä,
mutta eihän median tarkoitus olekaan kertoa totuutta oikeassa valossa, ja siksi suurin osa toimittajista ja kolumnisteista onkin lähinnä rikkinäisen puhelimen päätepisteitä. Se leikissä kai sitten onkin myyvää, eikä samalla tarvitse edes tarkistaa mitä toimittaa.

Hi Aki
As a Palace supporter for over 40 years, I know how much you are seen as a legend at Selhurst Park.As an erstwhile writer and fan of your column/blog, have you ever considered a book of your heady days at Selhurst Park?
I think what you write about sums up the very essence of football and what it means to love a club.
Ever considered this?
Respect
Keith
My reply: Hi Keith!
I wouldnt like to write a book about myself because I feel it could end up being too personal to be interesting and good read, and i have a principle of not involving any of my team mates to my writings. However, writing an imaginary person's story (which all would be based on true stories of mine and others) about the atmosphere, magic and experiences at se25 could be something i could consider if i had time and the right idea for it.

Törmäsin sinuun yllättäen Hartwall-areenalla ja muistelin peliäsi Arsenalia vastaan, mutta sen verran tohkeissani olin idolin kohtaamisesta, että unohdin toivottaa: erittäin hyvää jatkoa!
t. Tuomo
My reply: Kiitos Tuomo samoin,

When are you going to contact Neil Warnock so we can see you back in Palace colours young man? haha. P.S. I named my Cat Aki in your honour and just before you left. He's a legend too. :-)
My reply: Me being a young man is a bit debatable, plus there is a rule that it is only allowed to be one Aki around SE25.

Hi There,
Im from Canada and would just like to tell you that your site is great. I haven't seen you play football yet, as they don't broadcast it on TV here at all! So, my question concerns the Finnish Language; is it related to Turkish? Also, what's the weather like in Finland in the summer?
Thanks and Take care.
According to this:
"My reply:
Hi Canadian,
I think it is a bigger chance to our games to be broadcasted on TV there than Turkish having other word than "kebab" in common with Finnish. The summer in FInland is very beautiful but quite short; last year it was wednesday."
structure of Finnish and Turkish are quite similar, we have endings too, we don't have prepositions, either. Yeap, no common words but I'm learning Finnish and logic is so easy for me.
just wanted to tell this.
My reply: I thought the original Canadian questions were a bit random but seems like we all got finally the answer we have been waiting for since 2002, thank you Saygin for paying attention (and if you actually read all the answers to 2002 you are the second person ever to manage that) and helping with the information. You must then really be brave to go for two ridiculously hard languages, good luck with it.
